Gift Voucher Validity
Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Refund:
Rally School Ireland vouchers are only refundable for up to 3 months from date of purchase and must be used by the expiry date printed on the voucher. If a voucher is to be cancelled completely it is subject to an administrative charge of 10% of the purchase price of the voucher.
If a refund action is to be completed the orginal must be posted back to Rally School Ireland before the refund can be issued.
A refund can only be refunded to the orginal purchaser of the voucher.
Cancellation By Voucher/Experience Holder:
The holder of a Rally School Ireland voucher agrees that in the event of having to postpone/cancel a booked appointment the following:
- There is a cancellation fee of 25% unless Rally School Ireland is notified 3 weeks prior to the date of course.
- If notified within a week or less of the experience a fee of 50% will be payable.
- Non-attendance on the day will invalidate your voucher and will not be valid to use on another date.
Cancellation Policy Voucher/ Experience Holder:
The cancellation policy that apples when a date reservation has been made:
- There is a cancellation fee of 25% unless Rally School Ireland is notified 3 weeks prior to the date of course.
- If notified within a week of the course a fee of 50% will be payable.
- Non-attendance on the day your deposit will be forfeited.
Lost, Stolen or Destroyed
Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed and will be invalid.
Booking Of Experience using your voucher:
Due to high demand, 2 weeks advance booking is required by phoning Rally School Ireland 00353 47 89098. When booking you must have your voucher number ready. You will be required to present your voucher on arrival to Rally School Ireland. If you do not have your voucher on the day, you will be charged for the experience booked.
The value of the expereince voucher’s is equal to the monetary value paid for it. It may be redeemed against any of our Driving Experiences. In the event of a price increase for a specific Driving Experience, the customer may be required to pay the difference in price.
Parental Consent:
For 10- to 17-year-olds, parental consent and signature are required. A parent or guardian must be present on the day to sign.
Postponed By Activity:
Rally School Ireland reserves the right to postpone any experience due to unforeseen circumstances including adverse weather conditions.
Rally School Ireland will notify customers of any cancellation/postponed experiences prior to their arrival at the venue, but this may not always be possible. Attendees are advised if they feel for any reason their Driving Experience may not go ahead, to phone Rally School Ireland Office Team on: 047-89098 on the morning of their Driving Experience.
Non-Attendance:
A Rally School Ireland voucher automatically becomes invalid.
Any deposit paid will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy Date Reserved:
The cancellation policy that applies when a date reservation has been made:
- Free cancellation up to 48-hours of booking date.
- If cancelling within the 48-hour notice period, deposit paid will be forfeited and no refund will be made.
- If cancelling within the 48-hour notice period of booking date but request to move your booking to a new date, no penalty will occur.
- Non-attendance on the day your deposit will be forfeited.
Experience Descriptions
The stated duration of the experiences is a guide only and may differ from experience to experience. Exact timing can depend on the weather, season, and experience capacity. All photographs and descriptions used in promotional material are only intended to give a general idea of each experience.
Where a duration is mentioned, this refers to the total time spent on introduction, briefing and driving, and not solely to the time spent driving the vehicles.
Spectators are welcome and encouraged to support the driver on the day.
Due to size restrictions with our cars, please contact Rally School Ireland prior to the purchasing a Driving Experience Voucher or booking of a Driving Experience date, for someone who is of non-average height or build.
There is no personal injury insurance for participants. Participants will be required to sign an indemnity and risk awareness document before being admitted to a course and will be assumed to have made themselves fully aware of the contents of the indemnity and risk awareness prior to signing it.
Rally School Ireland reserves the right to refuse a participant admittance to a Driving Experience if the Rally School Ireland deems the participant not fit to drive. Reasons may include but are not limited to suspicion the participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. No explanation from the Company is needed in such a case. The Driving Experience will become null, and void and no refund will be provided.
Rally School Ireland (RSI) reserves the right to stop a Driving Experience at any time, if the RSI deems the driving of the customer to be driving in such a way that may put themselves or others at risk.
Please Note: We are an outdoor activity, please bring coats/jackets depending on weather conditions.
CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Rally School Ireland reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review our Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase a product from our website.
